Maci Edwards | Executive Assistant
Maci joined Victory Search Group in 2022, serving as Executive Assistant for the Nonprofit Practice. She brings over 15 years of experience in community-centered work, organizational development, and human services across Arkansas. Maci keeps the work moving behind the scenes with care and intention.
Prior to joining Victory, Maci held roles with Arkansas Teacher Corps, the University of Arkansas, and KIPP Delta Public Schools — spending much of her career in rural and underserved communities across the Arkansas Delta. Her background spans education, nonprofit development, and direct community outreach.
Maci holds a B.A. in Sociology from Missouri Southern State University and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Arkansas. She is also a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).
