Lindsey Shilleh | Senior Research Associate
Lindsey Shilleh is a Senior Research Associate at Victory Search Group. Since joining the firm in 2021, Lindsey has specialized in candidate research and identification. Her approach is informed by a 15-year career in the non-profit sector—spanning social work to women’s rights—offering her a unique lens on community dynamics and leadership.
Outside of her work at VSG, Lindsey remains active in community organizing and serves as the Editor and Director of a bilingual publishing house. She holds a BA from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at NYU.
