Amy Frink, Managing Director
Ms. Frink founded Victory Search Group in 2002 after a
successful career at Heidrick & Struggles. Ms. Frink’s search
practice focuses on serving clients across a broad spectrum of
industries including business services, technology, consumer and
industrial. She partners with a wide variety of clients from
venture-backed start-ups to Fortune 50 companies to recruit mid and
senior level executives for most line and staff functions. Ms. Frink
has successfully recruited CFO’s, General Managers and Vice
Presidents and Directors for most staff and line functions.
During her search career, Amy has built search practices in Chicago,
San Francisco and Phoenix.
A native of Michigan, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Journalism from Michigan State University. She currently lives in
Scottsdale, Arizona.

Julie Doman, Director
Ms. Doman brings a wealth of search and industry experience to
Victory Search Group. She started her search career at Heidrick and
Struggles. During her tenure there, she led searches for CEOs and
most other C-level executives. Ms. Doman also gained international
experience working for several years in London conducting searches
for clients throughout Europe. While in London, she was appointed
the Industrial Practice Associate Director for Europe. Recently, Ms.
Doman spent several years in marketing and brand management with
PepsiCo working on well known brands Cap’n Crunch and Rice-A-Roni.
Ms. Doman’s search practice focuses primarily on companies in the
consumer packaged goods, retail and industrial sectors and reaches
across all functions including marketing, with an emphasis on brand
management. Ms. Doman has recently completed assignments recruiting
executives in marketing, product management, sales, general
management, finance and purchasing.
A native of Indiana, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Telecommunications from Indiana University and an MBA in Marketing
and Economics from the University of Chicago. |

Ann Kozel, Director
Ms. Kozel is a seasoned and experienced executive search
professional. Her search practice focuses on building leadership
teams across a variety of industries including consumer packaged
goods, healthcare products and non-profit organizations. Prior to
joining VSG, Ms. Kozel spent over seven years with Korn/Ferry
International’s mid executive practice, Futurestep. She has placed
numerous Human Resources, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing and
Operations professionals during her tenure. In addition to search
execution responsibilities, Ms. Kozel led the Life Sciences Practice
for four years; working with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device
and general healthcare services clients. She was responsible for
search delivery, large-scale project management and managing client
relationships on a national basis.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Kozel was an Associate with
Heidrick & Struggles, focusing on the recruitment of chief executive
officers, chief financial officers and senior operating executives
in the technology and telecommunications industries.
Ms. Kozel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and
International Business from Illinois State University and spent a
semester abroad in Bristol, England. |

Lisette Valverde –
Connell, Director
Ms. Connell has over fifteen years of search experience
and twenty years of business experience. Her search practice focuses
on servicing clients across a wide range of industries including
high-tech, financial, industrial and not-for-profit firms. She has
successfully executed searches, developed search strategies and
performed research for CFOs, Sales and Marketing Executives,
Financial and Business Analysts, as well as many management and
staff functions.
Prior to joining VSG, Ms. Connell founded and managed both a search
enterprise and a professional employer organization. The
entrepreneurial experience she gained in the founder/owner roles
significantly adds to her skill set. From 1996 to 2002 Ms. Connell
worked with Randstad N.A., the U.S. arm of a Dutch-based global
operation where her career progressed to Market Manager, Chicago.
Ms. Connell spent several years in Sales, Marketing and Management,
also in the search industry after moving to Chicago in 1993. She
began her sales and marketing career with Marriott Hotels and
Resorts in New York.
A native of New York, she holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Political Science and English Literature from The University of
Michigan. She currently resides in South Florida.

Jim Chambers,
Director
Mr. Chambers has
extensive experience leading executive search assignments for both
corporate and nonprofit clients. He has recruited senior leaders in
a range of functional categories for Foundations, educational
institutions, and human service and performing arts organizations,
as well as executives for a broad range of industrial clients. His
work in the nonprofit sector has included election to several Boards
and service on executive, development and governance committees.
From 1980 to 1995, Mr. Chambers
worked for two diversified industrial and technology companies, in a
variety of capacities, including general management, strategic
planning, marketing, and mergers & acquisitions. He joins Victory
Search Group in 2010 after five years at Heidrick & Struggles and
seven years with a senior level boutique firm, TNS Partners.
Mr. Chambers has a B.A. from St.
Olaf College and a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from the
Illinois Institute of Technology. He earned an MBA from Yale
University.

Lesa Engelthaler,
Senior Associate
Ms. Engelthaler has
eight years experience with a Dallas-based boutique executive search
firm, assisting nonprofit organizations to identify and recruit
senior leaders. She researches, develops and implements search
strategies that help fill executive positions such as CEO, heads of
Development, Finance and Marketing (including such clients as
Habitat for Humanity, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, and Make-A-Wish
Foundation). To complement her nonprofit expertise, Ms. Engelthaler
volunteers and serves on the Board of several nonprofits and has led
teams of women speaking and consulting at conferences in rural
Southern Mexico.
In her previous career as a
journalist, Ms. Engelthaler wrote for such publications as The
Dallas Morning News, D Magazine, Christianity Today and
Discipleship Journal.
Ms. Engelthaler earned a Bachelor
of Science degree in Biblical Studies from Columbia International University. A
native Texan, she lives in Dallas.
