In 2009 Victory Search Group launched a Florida office in Delray Beach. With our close proximity to the city of Miami and Palm Beach County we have improved access to the southern states, allowing us to easily accommodate both clients and candidates in these areas. We expanded to this region last year and are quickly breaking ground into the local life sciences, biotech and social services industries. We are pleased to announce the establishment of a Texas office for Victory Search Group. Jim Chambers and Lesa Engelthaler are joining the Firm, bringing their expertise in nonprofit search assignments and establishing a regional presence for VSG in Dallas. Over the past six years Jim and Lesa have completed more than 50 engagements in the Southwest for CEO, Executive Director, CFO, Chief Marketing Officer and the critical Development positions.
